Branding and Web Design for a Northern California Brewery

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Wolf Mountain Brewery and Restaurant in Northern California to take their old, outdated, tired brand and start from scratch in building them a new exciting brand image from the ground up.

As an Atlanta web designer, it was easy working back and forth with this California based business. We started with their outdated logo and built a new identity around a new, exciting, modern logo mark and type. You can take a look at Wolf Mountain’s new brand image below.

They’re now using their new logo on everything and excited about not only promoting the brewery and lodge with it but also branding and using it for an advertising campaign in 2015 throughout California. For now, we’re doing shirts with the logo, new signage, print collateral, and more!

From there I laid out a website plan starting with the UX and infrastructure. I wire framed out multiple pages throughout each section of the site, including the mobile functionality and email newsletter list and management system. I then broke down the wireframes and created multiple design directions for the homepage based on the wireframes, usability charts, and the new brand logo and identity that I had created.

The website design now screams their new identity, combining a warm and inviting feel with an outdoorsy and woodsy image. Meanwhile, Wolf Mountain is loving their new brand and website. Now I am in the midst of working on the mobile design, taking the new website design and UI layout and converting into a working, mobile-friendly, responsive look (for mobile phones and tablets).

The web design and development on the new site will be built on the WordPress platform, like most of my Atlanta website projects. Once development and build-out begins we’ll post even more images and links to working features and the new Wolf Mountain website. So stay tuned! As always, feel free to contact me about my Atlanta Web Design, Atlanta responsive mobile design & development, or my Atlanta logo and branding work.
